We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase through our online shop. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will offer a refund with the following conditions:
- All returns should be communicated to us within seven (7) days upon receipt of the purchased product, and should be made in compliance with this Returns Policy. The customer is responsible for demonstrating the date of receipt of the purchased product by, for instance, producing a copy of the delivery note of the carrier.
- Products should be returned new, unused, and with all parts of the purchase, including accessories, still attached to their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
- Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by the customer.
- The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund, except if the return results from an error on our part or from receipt of a defective product. In those cases we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Products sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be processed.
